Rules during stay
This Kamon“min-paku”(vacation rentals) is located in a silent residential area. I have some requests for you to enjoy this environment with our neighbors.
【No smoking nor fireworks】 No smoking nor fires both in and out of this house. The smoke detector at each room may give an alarm when the smoke is detected. Also on the street to “Shimei-Dori Street”
【Sound Noise】 As for this area, the following environmental standard is applied as the residential area by the City Law. Daytime(6:00～22:00) less than 55dB, Night(22:00～6:00) less than 45dB. Please take special care to the volume of your conversation voice or the TV set. If you need louder sound, please shut the window and the door. You can use a washing machine from 8:00 to 20:00. When the sound noise exceed the standard level, I will tell you so. In that case, please lower the volume. If you would not keep the rule, we will impose some penalty money on you. And your reservation of the following day may be canceled.
【Trash/garbage】 Put the trash/garbage/rubbish into the garbage can with a lid or trash box in the room. Garbage will be collected every day. Do not take out the trash/garbage/rubbish nor throw it to the garbage stacking point for the neighbors on the street.
【Curfew】 The gate and the front door are locked during 23:00-6:00. You cannot go out nor come in during this time. When you come back after 23:00 pm, please contact us to open the emergency door.
【Pet】 No pets with you
【Child/Children】 The bedroom(Japanese-style room) is old and easy to be damaged.Keep off the alcove. Please pay attention to your child/children not to touch the wall, the sliding paper doors and the fusuma-doors. This Japanese-style room is used as a bedroom, so no food nor drink, no dancing, no body-action game in the room. We do not use slippers there.
